Shipping policy

At Oranges And Olives, we provide an estimated delivery date for each order at the time of purchase. This date is an estimate based on information provided by our manufacturing and print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment partners, as well as our shipping logistics providers.

Because we depend on third-party providers for the physical production and printing of our products, the delivery times shown may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control. In these cases, delivery may take up to one additional month beyond the initial estimated date.

Our commitment

We commit to informing you as soon as we become aware that your order may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, providing an updated estimate whenever possible.

Returns and refunds

For logistical reasons related to our print-on-demand production partners, return or refund requests can only be processed once the product has been received by the customer. We are unable to process returns for orders that are still in transit or in production.

Your right of withdrawal (applicable to physical products)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product to withdraw from your purchase without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This right is independent of our internal return policy described above and cannot be limited by it.

To exercise this right, you may contact us via [email/contact form] [or use the cancellation option available in your account / order page, if applicable]. Once we receive your withdrawal request within the applicable timeframe, we will process your refund in accordance with current regulations.

Digital products

Digital download products (PDFs and other downloadable content) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download has begun, provided that you have given your express consent to this and acknowledged the loss of this right at the time of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations for digital content.
